Praxis Legal also represents clients before regulatory and administrative bodies, and act as liaison between clients and various agencies of Government at State and Federal levels.

Relevant Public Relations Experience
Members of the firm were part of the team that:
• Currently engaging the Federal Government and the BPP on behalf of a Japanese Fortune 500 company for the approval to release funds in settlement of the indebtedness of one of its parastatals.
• Currently engaging the Government of one of the South-South States on behalf of CPCS Transcom International Limited for the settlement of outstanding indebtedness arising from the development of a Priority Bus Network and an Integrated Transport Master Plan;
• Conducted Legal Due Diligence for and advised a Ministry of the Federal Government in respect of intellectual portfolios for the overall improvement and advancement of education in Nigeria, particularly with reference to educational standards in other developed countries of the world;
• Acted as liaison during series of negotiations and meetings held with various Lagos State Government Departments, the Abuja Geographic Information System (AGIS) and the FCT Municipal Council, Abuja for regulatory approvals and consent;
• Currently engaging the Bureau of Public Procurement on behalf of NDPHC in relation to obtaining relevant permits and approvals for the proposed sale of the power plants to private investors.
